Marriage Match Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1 December 2025

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchase or redemption of a Marriage Match Gift Card. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.

1. General

Gift cards are issued by Marriage Match and are valid for services offered on www.marriagematch.com.au.

Gift cards are intended for personal use only. They cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.

2. Validity

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Any remaining balance will remain on the card until the expiry date.

3. Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed online at checkout against any Marriage Match service.

Redemption does not guarantee immediate matching. All recipients must meet safety and eligibility requirements, including ID verification and police checks.

Gift cards cannot be applied retroactively to purchases already completed.

4. Refunds & Liability

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Marriage Match is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without the purchaser’s permission. Gift cards may be reissued at our discretion, subject to verification of purchase.

Marriage Match reserves the right to suspend or cancel gift cards in the event of suspected fraud or abuse.

5. Changes

Marriage Match reserves the right to modify these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time.
