Marriage Match - Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1 December 2025

The Marriage Match Referral Program (“Referral Program”) allows existing clients and followers (“Referrers”) to earn rewards by referring eligible individuals (“Referred Persons”) to Marriage Match. Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Referrer must provide accurate contact details, including full name and email address, so rewards can be issued.
1.2. The Referred Person must be aware of the referral and give permission for their details to be submitted.
1.3. The Referred Person must be:

  • residing in Australia,

  • seeking a committed, long-term relationship, and

  • aligned with Marriage Match’s values and screening criteria.

    1.4. Marriage Match reserves the right to decline referrals that do not meet eligibility or safety requirements.

2. How to Refer

2.1. All referrals must be submitted via the official Marriage Match Referral Form.
2.2. Referrers may refer multiple individuals.
2.3. A Referred Person can only be linked to one Referrer. If multiple people refer the same person, the first valid referral submitted through the form will be recognised.

3. Referral Rewards

Marriage Match offers referral rewards based on the Referred Person’s level of engagement with the service.

3.1 General Referral Credits

These credits accumulate in the Referrer’s Marriage Match account balance:

  • $1 credit when a Referred Person signs up to the Waitlist service.

  • $10 credit when a Referred Person signs up for a VIP Match Package.

Credits:

  • have no cash value,

  • cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the program, and

  • will be automatically redeemed as Prezzee eGift cards once a minimum balance of $20 is reached.

  • can be earned and redeemed by Australian residents only.

4. Cupid Callout Special Reward

The Cupid Callout reward is separate from general referral credits.

4.1. For all Cupid Callout campaigns, Marriage Match will offer a $20 Prezzee eGift card for successful referrals.
4.2. To qualify for the $20 reward:

  • The Referrer must submit the correct Cupid Callout Referral Code for the corresponding campaign at the time of referral; and

  • The Referred Person must meet the Cupid Callout description; and

  • The Referred Person must be assessed by Marriage Match as a highly compatible match for the Cupid Callout client; and

  • An introduction must take place between the Referred Person and the Cupid Callout client.

4.3. No $20 reward is issued for compatibility alone, or for referrals that do not result in an introduction.
4.4. The $20 reward is issued once per qualifying introduction.
4.5. Marriage Match may limit or suspend Cupid Callout reward campaigns at any time.

5. Reward Issuing

5.1. eGift cards are delivered electronically via email to the contact details provided by the Referrer.
5.2. General referral credits accumulate automatically once eligibility conditions are confirmed.
5.3. Marriage Match may take up to 14 days to verify and issue eligible rewards.
5.4. Referrers are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain accurate.

6. Misuse and Disqualification

Marriage Match reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards if:

  • false or misleading information is submitted,

  • the referral is not genuine,

  • the Referred Person was already in the Marriage Match database, or

  • referral activity appears fraudulent or inappropriate.

7. Program Changes

Marriage Match may modify, pause, or discontinue the Referral Program or specific rewards at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply prospectively.
