Yes - to ensure a safe and trustworthy matchmaking experience for everyone, we require all VIP members to provide valid photo identification and a recent National Police Check (or equivalent international background report). This will be requested at the Matchmaker Interview stage. This helps us verify that you are who you say you are and confirms your genuine commitment to a serious, lifelong connection.
The National Police Check is performed by the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and payment is to be made by the client direct to AFP (currently $56 AUD).Your documents are handled securely and kept strictly confidential.

Yes! Currently, our VIP matches are focused in Australia. However, international clients are welcome to join the Waitlist service to be considered for matches with Australian clients who are seeking international connections.
